American Brewers Guild Brewing School

The American Brewers Guild is a Craft-Focused Brewing Certificate program for Brewers looking to master their craft, make great beer, and learn from brewing industry leaders. Our distance and hands-on learning programs are designed to work with existing full-time commitments. We offer programs for: Those who are looking to become brewers in the industry, Brewers that want to master their craft, and those who are looking to start their own brewery.

Auburn University

Auburn University offers two distinct graduate programs in Brewing Science and Operations – a Graduate Certificate and Master of Science program. The Graduate Certificate Program is designed to prepare students for successful career entry in the malting, brewing and distilling industries, while the Master of Science Program provides additional in-depth study for advanced placement in the craft brewing industry. Both programs are entirely online.

KU Leuven

Want to become a malting and brewing expert? The KU Leuven postgraduate programme in Malting and Brewing Sciences is a 1-year programme. Offering University lecturers and industry experts, hands-on malting and brewing experience, along with company visits.

Master Brewer Academy

Master Brewer Academy offers professional brewer training for those specifically interested in working in the craft industry. We offer 11 month “hands on”  classes (in South Florida), 2-week online brewing science classes, and will soon return to our 2-week intensive and study abroad options. We also provide consulting services throughout the S.E. US, Central & South America.

Siebel Institute of Technology
