Ingredients

11 lbs. (5 kg) wildflower honey
Water to 3 gallons (11.5 kg)
15 g Côte des Blancs wine yeast
Yeast rehydration agent 
Yeast nutrients
Stabilization additives
3 oz. (85 g) cacao nibs (lightly toasted right before use)
Peppermint vodka
