Host John Holl talks with brewery finance wiz Audra Gaiziunas about what small breweries can be doing financially to understand cash flow and other money concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also visit with John Snyder of Yakima Valley Hops on the pandemic’s impact on the early hop season in Yakima, strategies he is seeing his small brewery clients take to deal with the pandemic, and also a look ahead to future hop trends. Finally we talk with Dennis Grumm of Oktober Can Seamers about his thoughts on to-go beer sales, can supplies, and other insights on the frontlines of supplying the demand for more canning equipment as a lifeline for breweries to sell their beer.
