Comparing and Selecting Hops
So how do I choose the right hops for my beer? With such a wide range of flavor and aroma characteristics, this chart can serve as a helpful guide to the multitude of hop varieties available to homebrewers. Whether you are trying to find a substitute hop for a certain style or are looking to experiment with a hop you’ve never brewed with before, the following list can help to get you started.
