16 lbs. (2.3 kg) honey
3–4 gallons (11.5–15 L) fresh-pressed cider
25 g 71B-1122 wine yeast
Yeast rehydration agent
Yeast nutrients
Stabilization additives
Peels of two large oranges
5 cinnamon sticks
10 dried berries of allspice (roughly crushed)
3 whole cloves
3 vanilla beans (split and scraped)
